The latest week introduces us to a gentleman by the name of James. James was dating a lady by the name of Mamikie for the past five years. And like all relationships, everything was rosy between the two until Mamikie had a change of heart. From then on, everything went downhill.
No more sex
When James discoveres Mamikie via social media, it was the beginning of something he considered to be special. The two began dating for a while until Mamikie started acting a bit suspicious.
According to James, Mamikie would either stop having sex with him or only engage in intercourse once a week.
The lack of sex obviously did not sit well with James but he still loved her through it all.
Bring back my ring
James got over the sex issue and decided to pay lobola for Mamikie. But what happens next is the reason James called on assistance from Jub Jub and his team.
“In 2019, I told her I want to pay her lobola, but she told me to postpone the lobola process and fix my house first.”
We must say, that was a very noble thing for Mamikie to do as she saw that James’s house was not fit to raise a family in, yet.
After renovating his house, James takes the next step and purchases a wedding ring for his lady.
However, during that time, things turned pear-shaped and the two separated due to their differences. Now the problem is, when they got separated, Mamikie still had the ring in her possession.
James feels that because she has the ring, Mamikie must either marry him or bring back his ring.
“I want her back because she agreed to marry me. If she refuses to marry me then she must give back the wedding ring and the documents that came with the ring. I’ll take the ring and documents as a form of closure, and so I can get a refund,” says James.
James calls the police
James and the team drive to Mamikie’s home and this is where the drama ensues.
Upon arrival at Mamikie’s place, James and the production team experience difficulties in getting inside the house. Mamikie locked herself in and shows no interest in coming out.
Fed up with her actions, James decides to call on the assistance of the police as well. But after hours of trying to get through to Mamikie, the police advise James to take the issue to court.
Mamikie’s father tries to intervene
The issue at hand is explained to Mamikie’s father who is just as confused about the entire ordeal.
“I’m also caught by surprise and I don’t know anything. I don’t have any communication with my daughter. I’ve been separated from her since 1989. Please give me a formal letter notifying us that you’re going to visit. Then I’ll need to go and consult with my brothers about the matter at hand,” says the father.
The father is then notified that Mamikie is at her place and will not come out. He tries to convince Mamikie to come out of the house so that they can all discuss the matter at hand, but just like everyone he is unsuccessful in convincing his daughter to come out.
No luck, no ring and no fiancée
Unfortunately, James goes back home empty-handed without a wife or his ring. Jub Jub also agrees that James should take the matter to court as it’s clear that he is dealing with a woman who is not willing to return the ring.
