A new week means another jaw-dropping episode of Uyajola 99 as Jub Jub carries out his duties of saving people’s relationships.
Nhlakanipho wants to fix things
Nhlakanipho from Richards Bay has been dating Nokwanda for the past three years but, lately, things between them have gone pear-shaped. Whenever he asks her to pay him a visit, she always comes up with an excuse. A concerned Nhlakanipho acknowledges that things haven’t been great in their relationship and has since seeked Jub Jub’s to help him fix things with his girlfriend.
We just hope that it isn’t a little too late because whenever you ask Jub Jub to intervene, chances are your relationship is already on life support. But, as always, Jub Jub promises to get to the bottom of this issue with his team of investigators.
A stroll at the mall turns dramatic
Being busted at the mall while strolling with your side guy has to be one of the most humiliating things ever. This time, when Jub Jub and crew tracked down Nokwanda, she quickly notices the cameras and decides to run for her life, not only leaving her side guy behind but also a trolley full of groceries.
Fortunately, Nokwanda can’t get away that easily. She later finds herself surrounded by multiple cameras, and an angry Nhlakanipho, who is in need of answers. Jub Jub convinces her to stop running and sort out her issues.
“It’s because I don’t know what he’s doing here. I’m strolling with my man. He must leave me alone. He must get it into his head that I don’t want him anymore,” says Nokwanda.
While this is happening, Nhlakanipho attempts to beat the guy who’s cheating with Nokwanda. Hearing his girlfriend mention that she no longer wants him further infuriates Nhlakanipho.
Marry me!
To end all the commotion that is happening, the side guy decides to go one knee in front of Nokwanda and pulls out a ring, asking for her hand in marriage. This happens right in front of Nhlakanipho. Before we can see her response, Nhlakanipho loses it and attacks the guy. Well, you snooze, you lose, my guy – you should’ve put a ring on it first!
The Twitter streets couldn’t believe that this was happening on TV.
This was a hard pill to swallow for Nhlakanipho, who found out that there was nothing he could do to win his love back. His girl got proposed to live on national TV … and she said yes.
