To some, he is the most hated man in South Africa – but to others, he is the source of everyone’s Sunday entertainment. And after months of patiently waiting for a new season, Jub Jub has returned with more drama on Uyajola 99 Season 6.
I think he is cheating on me
Without wasting any time, Jub Jub introduces viewers to a young lady by the name of Amanda, from Matatiele, who suspects that her man, Mageu, is cheating on her.
According to Amanda, a lot has changed about Mageu – he no longer gives her the attention she’s become accustomed to – and what makes matters worse is that they are no longer intimate.
“The guy would call me more than ten times a day. But he doesn’t do that anymore. Even when it comes to intimacy, he’s always tired when he comes back from work,” says Amanda.
Jub Jub then assures her that he will get to bottom of this and, as always, he does.
Amanda breaks his car window
As expected, Mageu is caught red-handed being all cosy in his car with his other girlfriend in the middle of the night. Fuming with anger, Amanda takes the drama up a notch and breaks Mageu’s car window. From there on, everything goes downhill.
“He’s been satisfying himself with that girl while starving me!” yells Amanda.
At this point, Mageu wants nothing to do with Amanda – or Jub Jub – and before we know it, he flees the scene with the other woman.
As Mageu speeds off, Amanda orders the Uyajola 99 crew to follow him in the middle of the night. They oblige.
“These girls want ready-made men. I groomed him and now that he’s fine, they want to take him from me,” says Amanda.
Amanda is visibly annoyed and frustrated that her man just sped off with another woman instead of facing his problems head on.
