This episode (ep 19) got off to a great start when Moss announced that he and the crew are filming in the township of Alexandra, popularly known as Gomora. This is kind of ironic, as the main storyline currently on Mzansi Magic’s popular series, Gomora, is about a love triangle between Gladys, Melusi, and Thati.
The Twitter streets had a field day with this tidbit, of course.
Wifey smells a rat
In this episode of Uyajolo 9/9, Lettah suspects that her husband is being unfaithful.
According to her, he’s acting out of character and has adopted behaviours she believes are those of a person who’s up to no good.
Lettah complains about her husband’s phone always being on silent or facing down. What frustrates her even more, is her man’s sudden disappearances – especially at night. Lettah tells Moss her husband sometimes leave home at night without telling her where he is going.
When asked if she’ll fight for her marriage, Lettah simply says that it will be up to how her husband feels.
Not the response we expected but each to their own.
Lettah chooses violence
Without asking any questions, Lettah charges at the young lady who is found cheating with Lettah’s husband.
The poor young woman looked terrified and shrieked as Lettah’s fists rained down on her like a ton of bricks.
While under attack and clearly fearing for her life, the young woman apologises profusely and explains that she didn’t know her man is married. For Lettah, the apology is too late. Her husband pleads with her to calm down but Lettah isn’t interested; she is out for blood!
Why beat the side chick?
Lettah assaulting the young woman didn’t sit well with viewers, especially as the side chick didn’t know the the man she was dealing with is married.
Moss asks Lettah why she is fighting the woman and Lettah’s response was just disappointing.
“I assaulted that lady because I knew that I will never see her again. So I wanted to relieve the pain she made me feel. There is no way she didn’t know that my husband is married,” says Lettah.
Moss ducks a plate of food…again!
Poor Moss, he always receives the short end of the stick when it comes to such situations.
Remember a few months ago he was almost smothered with a plate of food? And then a few weeks later he was slapped for interfering in people’s business?

Well, this time around he ducked a plate of food that was thrown by Lettah. The plate was meant for the side chick, but Moss shielded her from danger.
Hubby gets away scot-free
We knew that the husband was on to something when he asked to go to the bathroom while knowing very well that he was just looking for a way out.
Without any shame, the man took his car keys and sped off without even checking if his wife and girlfriend are okay.
