It hasn’t been an easy few episodes for Pastor Lincoln and Apostle Aron. What began as a dignified pursuit of love has turned into doubt and serious allegations against one another. Before we even began to unpack the events of this week, it was important to just take a breather and de-stress. And that’s what the pastors did!
A much-needed spa day
Apostle Aron kicked off the episode by inviting the sister wives to Lab of Luxury, a beautiful resort where they would each be treated to a relaxing spa treatment. They both appreciated the relaxed atmosphere.
The calming moods were broken when the awkward topic of holy oils and waters surfaced, and the women’s differing views began to emerge. Luckily, this time, they were able to disagree respectfully – which definitely wasn’t the case earlier in the season.
A service that had us on the floor
Meanwhile, Pastor Lincoln invited his sister wives to Pretoria, where they would have the privilege of watching the Man of God in action as he delivered a heartfelt sermon.
And he really brought his all to the floor. No, literally – the pastor was so moved by the Holy Spirit that he could not help but lie down, flat, on the floor of his church podium.
Was the pastor right to call Anelisa out?
Remember last week’s drama about a sister who was allegedly seeing someone behind the pastor’s back? Pastor Lincoln went on to expose Anelisa as the accused and claimed she wasn’t just flirting but thatshe was actually dating a Nigerian man!
Anelisa was left feeling utterly humiliated and she admitted in her diary session that she is absolutely livid at him. The other sister wives sympathised, and Sivu directly called him out for it shortly afterwards, while Anelisa left the service mid-sermon.
“I’ve had it with him, I’ve always been sick of him, but now it’s worse. He must not start with me, to hell with him!” said an irritated Anelisa.
Viewers were just as shocked and really felt for Anelisa.
Things were tense before this episode began, but the drama was raised to an even higher level as Pastor Lincoln’s sister wives were left in a greater state of distrust. He tried to control the damage in the final moments of the episode and his efforts might just be enough to help him find a wife by the end of this season.
