It’s day 67 of lockdown, and while many citizens have tried to abide by the government’s lockdown regulations, others have fallen off the wagon – especially those couples who decided to hold weddings during the lockdown.
Remember that couple in KwaZulu-Natal who got arrested for contravening lockdown regulations by getting married just a few weeks into lockdown?
It seems that this couple weren’t the only love birds that defied the law.
Adam and Tshidi
Introducing Adam (29) and his bride Tshidi (24), the lovely couple who first met in 2014 at a train station. Little did they know that that train would lead them to their forever destination.
According to the couple, their first meet-up was love at first sight and they have never looked back since.
After a few years of dating and being confronted with many trials and tribulations, the two decided to tie the knot.
Lockdown wedding concerns
The wedding was nothing short of a beautiful ceremony that went well. Viewers loved every moment of the episode and thought that the couple looked like a dream!
However, things became a bit awkward when viewers expressed great concern about the timeline in which the wedding occurred.
Although it hasn’t been confirmed whether the wedding was held before or during the lockdown, it did raise a lot of concern.
The bride and groom were the only people wearing masks, while their guests wore none.
