The storyline zones in on Joyce Khaphayi, whose daughter was stolen at Park Station 20 years ago by an unknown woman. Now, two decades later, Joyce runs an orphanage and finds herself entangled in a human trafficking syndicate.
Her world is flipped upside down when she discovers that one of the girls is her long-lost daughter and that the woman who raised her daughter will stop at nothing to get the girl back.

SAFTA-winning actress Masasa Mbangeni leads the series as Joyce, a woman whose child, Ntokozo, gets stolen as a newborn. The mother and daughter later cross each other’s paths when a human trafficking syndicate shocks the community.
Dumisani Mbebe as Terror
Terror is a villain and a kingpin who does the most despicable things for money and power. He is the patron of the orphanage and has a very close relationship with Joyce.
Nolwazi Ngubeni plays Sibongile Dlomo
Sibongile is a woman whose dark past comes back to haunt her when the truth unravels uncontrollably for her and her family.
Luzuko Nkqeto as Qiniselo Khaphayi
Qiniselo is Joyce’s husband. Twenty years ago, his family forced him to take a second wife who would give him a boy child. They used his cows to pay lobola for the other woman.
Lungelo Mpangase as the young Ntokozo
Ntokozo is a young girl who gets caught in an elaborate human trafficking ring that involves her biological mother, Joyce. She has grown to believe that Godfrey and Sibongile are her biological parents, but she then learns that she’s been living a lie her entire life.
Ntokozo’s character is played by Lungelo Mpangase, who is known for her role on eHostela S1.
